TULIP specialises in moulded components.  A comprehensive service is provided including product design, material specification, tool making, product testing and final production.  A wide range of natural and synthetic rubbers are used.  TULIP has developed specialist techniques for reinforcement and bonding rubbers to nylon, specialist plastics and metal.

TULIP also operates a tool making, general machining and engineering service.  Other associated services include heat treating, anodising, plating and grinding.

To complement its CNC component manufacturing capability, TULIP also provides an assembly service for both complete units, sub assemblies and re-furbishment of existing parts and equipment.

TULIP has implemented a management system complying with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001.  The company has been certified since October 2003.
