Tulip's Engineering division was originally developed in the 1940's to support the company's moulding operation. The division underwent a major expansion in 2004 with the addition of CNC lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centres. Since this time Tulip has been awarded major contracts to supply components for various industries including Telecommunications, Rail, Water, Defence, Mining, Hydraulics and Packaging. Tulip's highly experienced and dedicated staff have the expertise to offer advice and see your project through from concept to production. Whether your requirement is for a one of fabrication or a run of over a thousand parts, Tulip has the capacity to produce high quality products a very competitive price. Tulip has developed specialist techniques for machining large stainless steel threaded spindles up to 100mm diameter and 6 meters in length.
